Our engineers are given complete, extensive and regular training to ensure that each installation meets the standards related to highest quality and safety norms. From ensuring that every machine arrives in pristine condition, to training the customer on the usage and handling of the machine, the installation and commissioning of Prime Envirotech machines is done within any constrains set by our customers. We know that every machine of primeenvirotech has to cover a long journey and we understand the necessity of meeting the expectations of every customer.


As a symbol of our confidence in our products, Prime Envirotech offers a fully comprehensive (inclusive of spares) 12 months/ 1 year warranty of all its products. The warranty period starts from the date of installation and commissioning.


Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are either comprehensive (inclusive of spares) or non-comprehensive (non-inclusive of spares) as per the customer’s requirements. We build the AMC according to our customer’s demands and the following can be made part of the AMC:
  • Training
  • Calibration
  • Software Upgrades
We maintain a team of highly capable engineers that can identify the root cause of every issue faced at the customer’s site. A comprehensive record of every preventive maintenance and breakdown is also maintained. This allows us to suggest our customers which AMC plan shall be the most suitable as well as economical for them, given the case history of their machine.

We suggest every customer to opt for 4 preventive maintenance visits annually. Our preventive maintenance visit is designed to detect even the smallest of issues that our machine could be facing or might face in the future. As a company policy, we always provide the best solutions, while maintaining complete transparency with the customer.


Prime Envirotech conducts training programs at the customer’s premises as well as at its facility from time to time. Training is considered an important part of product delivery to comply with the safety requirements and to enable the customer in easy usage and careful handling of the machine.

We understand that the field of vibration testing is complex, therefore, we strongly recommend all our customers to go through our training program for better understanding of the field of vibration, usage of our machines or for any application related information. Additionally, we encourage all our customers to contact us for any guidance in understanding and creation of their test profiles. We also have a user friendly technical manual that comprises details related to the operation of the machine and procedures for servicing and rectification of problems that may arise in the machine.


Prime Envirotech is committed to provide products that meet or exceed all national and international standards. To ensure that all our products do so for the entirety of their service lifetime, primeenvirotech offers calibration of every product under its portfolio.

Our state of the art calibration facility is located at our headquarters in Roorkee, Uttarakhand where we have in-house capability to calibrate all our products. We also perform site calibration of our Electrodynamic Vibration Testing Systems and Environmental Chambers.
